Denise Hecht, MBA is the founder and President of Dentel Practice Management. Ms. Hecht has over 25 years of experience in the dental management field and has consulted for thousands of dental practices throughout the country. She has performed many successful fair market practice appraisals, contract negotiations and practice transfers in the dental office. Ms Hecht is a published author, a national seminar speaker, former financial analyst and holds an MBA in Finance and Management from Wagner College in New York. She received her Bachelors Degree from New York Institute of Technology.

Her speaking engagements include the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Monmouth Dental Society, Second District Dental Society of New York, Walter Haley of Austin Texas, Holiday Dental Meeting, and the Hinnman Meeting in Atlanta, Georgia. Denise Hecht has been a speaker on leadership an organizational design for an annual conference at Princeton University for over 14 years.

In addition she has been an adjunct professor in the graduate departments of Wagner College and Fairleigh Dickinson University. She has taught, Total Quality Management, Finance and Organization Management.
